The preparation
So that you don't have to worry about your bed linen, cover the bed in advance with an old duvet cover or a rubber cover.

Make sure you are cosy and warm in the room, as the gel will cool down on your skin. You can heat the Nuru gel in advance in a water bath to body temperature. 

The procedure
First spread the gel on your bare skin and then use your body as a massage tool. Especially erogenous zones like breasts or buttocks are particularly good for massaging.
