The toy can be worn by both men and women. Apply a water-based lube liberally to the plug, we recommend a thicker lube, and gently slide the plug into your anus, step by step, and most importantly, without force. If it doesn't go in right away, no problem – maybe you'll be ready for the toy at a later time.

Use gentle movements to relax the muscles. If you feel tension in the anus, consciously try to relax to release it. Hold the toy at the end of the ring to twist it and pull it out again.
