Anal sex for beginners
The first time anal sex can be wonderfully exciting - but also a little scary.
First of all, we would like to briefly clarify: Anal sex is not a MUST! There are women and men who don't let anything or anyone near their butts their whole lives - and don't miss a beat! Your body is yours and you don't have to do anything just because others do it.
But maybe curiosity is slumbering in you? You can try pampering yourself first: Knead your buttocks, stroke your anus and slowly insert one or more fingers. This way you'll quickly realize whether anal sex is really absolutely not for you. After all, the proof of the pudding is in the eating!
Important: Once quickly in and out does not work the first time anal sex. This project requires some preparation to avoid ending up in a cramped and painful mess.
So you should definitely incorporate the following four tips into your lovemaking with your partner so that you both enjoy anal sex.
In general, you should know that nowhere else in or on your body do so many nerves come together as in your anus. Anal play therefore allows for yet unknown sensory rushes and even more intense orgasms. The best news for all men: thanks to the prostate, this fun even doubles!
Talk about it
Before you try anal sex, it is important to talk about it with your partner. This is especially true if both partners have no experience with this sex practice. By talking about it, you can certainly clarify many fears, but it is also important that you set limits. Agree with your partner to start very slowly and carefully and to stop anal sex if necessary, if one of you should lose courage. It's best to take the initiative yourself, so your partner can be sure you feel ready for the new experience.
Stretching and lubricant
Two things are paramount during anal sex: proper stretching and lube. Lots of lube! The anus consists of not one, but two rings of muscle. Both should be sufficiently stretched before intercourse with your fingers or a suitable sex toy (for example, an anal plug). You can either do this yourself or let your partner do it. Some women also like it when their partner spoils them with the tongue in addition to the fingers. Rimming is a great sign of trust.
Important: Use plenty of lubricant when stretching! Although the rectum produces its own lubricating secretion, for actual intercourse (and especially for the first time anal!) this is absolutely not enough as a lubricant!
Hygiene
If the bowel is emptied and you are freshly showered, then you don't need to worry about hygiene: The rectum is a clean organ with feces only immediately before defecation.
If you are still worried about cleanliness, an anal douche beforehand can help reduce your own insecurity.
Pain
If you expect anal sex to be incredibly painful, you unconsciously prepare yourself and tense up, and yes, this act will be painful - a self-fulfilling prophecy. However, if you don't expect a huge pain, talk about it a bit and dedicate yourself to your body in peace, everything will be much more relaxed and easier, and often much more painless.
As soon as you feel any pain, you should take a step back and continue massaging, fingering or even licking the anus.
If you take all this into account, nothing will stand in the way of anal pleasure.
Have fun trying it out!
